I have found that movement has a big impact on leaking. In recovery at home during the summer relaxing I thought I had this doing my muscle control but movement makes me leak ...I get through a lot of pads.At night there is very little leaking

The leaking has taken over my life now. After the operation I would have liked some contact to talk to someone re what to expect and help to move forward. My GP surgery has not been much help
