Tips and advice for any bladder or bowel side effects of treatment

After the 2nd radiotherapy scan I had bad bowel movements and acute constipation. After each treatment (there were 5 in all) I found it able to cope with support of my wife. Peeing was difficult for the first 2 weeks but some prescribed medication helped. I felt tired but gradually got better until one day I woke up felt great.

I started 7 minute chair yoga to try and get some strength back
