Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

With a dry orgasm the sensation was still there even without the fluid. The fluids started to return around one year after the treatment.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Urgency to pee, which was the only physical reason for me to take couple of weeks off work. I was advised that urgency could catch me out on a long car journey so I should be plan for regular stops at the motorway services. As a precaution I also put a camping loo in the back of my van and I did use it two or three times when I was driving on country roads rather than motorway.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

The treatment was well explained even to a level of understanding the grid system used to determine where the seeds would be planted. I was brought into surgery and had a general anaesthetic before seeds got injected. I woke up without any pain, and only a slight sense that any operation had been carried out at all. After a cup of tea and a biscuit I had to prove I could pass wee before being discharged and got a lift home. I took two weeks off work to adjust to any side effects (urgency being the only real issue) and allow myself a bit of time to soak in the psychological impact of knowing that I had received a fully curative treatment. Quarterly PSA Tests and Doctors Consultation showed my numbers went up initially (which was of no concern for the doctor) but it had dropped back down again within one year of treatment.
