How this treatment impacted my life the most

The only real problem was the treatment affected my bowels and bladder so I had to go to the toilet during the night more often.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Not really I haven’t found any solutions.

No, I have not found any way of reducing the constant hot flushes.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

It completely destroyed my sex drive thus ending all sexual activity. However, it significantly reduced my PSA at least for the time being.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

It has been very effective at reducing my PSA which had risen before 2021 due to the cancer spreading to my lymph nodes.
