I found it impossible to orgasm at all during treatment. I finished the radiotherapy 3 years ago and have recently started to achieve orgasms but they are dry.
No tips but it does help to talk to someone. I used sage and evening primrose oil for the hot flushes but not sure if they worked to be honest
