Just started on androgen deprivation therapy- ie Prostap (LHRH agonist depot) plus bicalutamide in the first month to counteract testosterone flare. Hope to migrate to Abiraterone (Zytiga-generic) alongside Prostap for two years following brachytherapy boost plus lymph node irradiation.
