Follow the doctor's advice and plan around access to the toilet and drink less fluid when leaving the house and be aware of where you are going to, so you don't have many accidents
My advice would be to have a lot of rest
While on treatment i was restricted to travels

That was the only option and it was good and effective and didn't spread to another part of the body and was contained within the prostrate
