Radiotherapy

Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

Sidinafil (Viagra) is not particularly effective in my case, but the penis pump on prescription, is excellent.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Probably the erectile disfunction and dry orgasms

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

At the time, I hesitated between radical surgery and hormone/radiotherapy and opted for the latter mainly because of contingent factors which made the radical surgery option impractical at that time.

Hormone Therapy (injections and relugolix tablets)

Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

Having been always moderately highly-sexed, this sudden reduction in sexual urge was strange but I accepted it as a necessary part of the treatment.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

The loss of sexual urge was the most noticeable effect.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

Under different circumstances, I might have opted for radical surgery in which case, I assume the hormone therapy would not have been required.
