High Dose Rate Brachytherapy

Tips and advice for any physical side effects of treatment

I did have two lots of acupuncture of help with my severe hot sweats and flushes. This did help a little at the time but still have them sometimes severe still

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I would say Brachytherapy was very brutal for me to the point it has scarred me. I realise I didn't have much choice in the matter.I'm still healing I think I am still healing I'm just about 12 post treatment. I still have an overwhelming feeling side affects will always come my way.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

No

As I have said the treatment was very brutal for me and an experience I never want again.
