Having had ED since just before my full diagnosis which was compounded by Hormone treatment it has been difficult to deal with, but I am currently working on penile rehabilitation with the hope of reviving things?

The hormone therapy which causes most of this I accepted as part of the curative path I needed to take.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

The Brachytherapy in its self was quite an experience but its effect on me only lasted quite a short time recovering very soon after and feeling that it had done an excellent job!

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because as far as I understand it was the Best possible treatment for the stage of cancer I had and my care was outstanding!

Although I fully understood the need for me to have this treatment I have found it difficult to deal with some of the unwanted effects of it in particular the huge loss of feeling in my penis !

Its been difficult living life as before due to reduced physical strength muscle pains and greatly reduced sexual ability and general fatigue

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because this was a major part in stopping any further advance in my cancer

Most of the problems I encountered didn’t last to long with some medical help but ongoing ED and too many toilet visits at night are still being addressed? Hoping the sex side of things will improve as hormone therapy comes to an end soon!

During the actual treatment things were generally good but I have found it quite difficult going over the few months since it ended due to side effects

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because as far as I understand it was top quality treatment which had the desired result of curing my cancer
