Anxious when the three monthly PSA comes round also fairly certain I will need to progress to treatment before too long…..

I want to hold off the inevitable side effects (Erectyl dysfunction and possible incontinence) for as long as possible but Active Surveillance does require a certain strength of mindset and mental stability
