I think if your in my age range maybe not such an impact than it would be for a younger Male.

Tips and advice for any physical side effects of treatment

Well I just go with the side effects & sleep but I also have other conditions such as Osteoporosis Osteoarthritis which can be excasibated by Zoladex Hormonal blocker 10.8mg three Monthly.

Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

I already Diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder type 2 but the Zoladex is interfering with my normal representation of symptoms characteristic with my usual representation of Symptoms.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I certainly don't intend taking for 2yrs as the extreme Fatigue I can not cope with as am already confined to a Wheelchair. Am seeing my Consultant Oncologist post 4wks of Beam Radiotherapy.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Although I am struggling with some aspects of treatment. We as Patients should be greatful for this break through of not having to under go Chemotherapy

Hormone Therapy (injections and relugolix tablets)

Extreme Fatigue hormone therapy related intense Migraines.
