Do you have any tips or advice that may help others support those who are going through treatment, including with any ongoing side effects?

Must establish clear lines of communication with consultants. Private consultants cannot seem to help with pain and support de effects. People must be made aware that you must have the NHS support, palliative care teams support network established.

Local partners prostate cancer support group, doing exercise and talking with friends and family. Prostate cancer UK nurses on their support phoneline are great too.
