Why did I give this answer?

Tbh, I've been very lucky and was diagnosed nearly 10 years prior to having any treatment. It was discovered by me having a pain in my lower stomach, which had absolutely nothing to do with the cancer. My consultant advised me to have this treatment, and I trusted him 100%.
