Deep breathing and sipping cold water helps with hot sweats. As to breast swelling, I have just ignored it on the basis that it will go away eventually. For symptoms of fatigue, I have instituted an exercise regime, and now feel stronger/fitter than earlier - basically, I refused to give in to the tiredness.

No, but again I would appreciate advice from others. No one I know with this disease seems to want to talk about these issues.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Loss of sex drive. Fatigue early on. Sleep loss (due to night peeing). Overall anxiety.
