It took me a year or more to get any sensations. On ejeculations often accompanied with urine. Otherwise dry.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Radiotherapy daily for nearly a month was hard. 30 miles driving each way. Find parking on arrival at hospital always difficult. Sexual relationships with my wife ceased. Unable to sustain an erection.

Why did I give this answer?

I’m still alive today. The radical prosectomy went well . No pain anytime. Psa levels now 0.3 was 4.8 at diagnosis.
