How this treatment impacted my life the most

the ongoing fatigue suffer the worst for me , generally drained of energy, i had it first when i had lukeamia in 2016 and after chemo treatment, ongoing in 2020 was diagnosed very early colon cancer removed again no energy then end 2021 diagnosed with prostate cancer after the radiation treatment and hormone injections it seems to make the fatigue even worse

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes
