Don't get to down, like myself think of the wider picture, getting cured of cancer is more important
listen to your body, I found the hot sweats get triggered if I get wound up put your legs up if swollen and rest them
As the saying goes count to 10, warn friends and family and work colleagues, the mood swings are nothing personal . Don't be afraid to talk to anyone, don't bottle things up
Tieredness , worried going out in case no toilets near by. Struggling to keep up on family walks. not been able to plan for holidays with ongoing treatment
