Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

I hope you have a strong relationship. I'm sure it will be tested because of these side effects. No sex drive, unable to get an rection, so no sex life. Be prepared

Tips and advice for any physical side effects of treatment

Be prepared. It's quite a shock when you start losing body hair. Weight gain is a nightmare. If you're strong enough watch your diet, if you're able exercise. Hot sweats are constant. I lose track of how many per day but they come at night too. Maybe 5 per night.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

It's pretty much does impact your life. Not like chemo would. Fir me the biggest side effects are lack of intimacy with my wife, weight gain, hot sweats & exercise. I used to run, a lot. Now it's really hard work. The weight gain hasn't helped but also, I'll be running along just fine, then you'll just run out of juice. A short walk & you can run again. Strange feeling.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

The treatment seems to be working. My PSA has come right down. While I'm able to continue a fairly normal life
