a very understanding partner helps a lot and still find it able to satisfy my partner without penetration by hand or oral and have purchased a rectal aid if needed but have found that we have not needed it yet
moisturizer helps a lot with the skin i do use some light weights to help with the muscles also take calcium b12 iron and cod liver oil tablets
just taking to my partner has really helped
