Tips and advice for any bladder or bowel side effects of treatment

Prehabilitaion therapy - pelvic floor exercises for 6 months before the radiotherapy was very good - and the 'squeezt' app for men that is available on android or iphone helped minimize side effects after the radiotherapy. I also had a gel barrier inserted and this (I believe) was very successful in reducing side effects

Tadalafil was slightly effective

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

I thought that it was more likely that I would retain some function - but this wasn't the case - so I might consider the surgery
