Increased fatigue resulted in reduction of frequency and intensity of exercise which continued in part to counteract side effects of hormone injections. Frequency of urination increased significantly, causing severe sleep disruption and steps to manage daily activities in order not to get caught short.

Hot flushes are the most noticeable side effect but I am fortunate in these being of limited intensity and duration. Following advice to counteract side effects, I have continued to run and introduced resistance training to my fitness regime. However my speed has decreased significantly and it is harder to motivate given the fatigue which is also affecting me.
