I go swimming to help with muscle weakness. Also walking.
I try to stay focused. Enjoy my family. Go out visit places. Enjoy meeting friends. This helps
It has made me always Carry a key for public toilets when I’m out. If travelling I must work out where toilets are. My sex life is none existent. No thoughts. Feeling tired.
Not sure
After reading others that had the prostrate removed. Some need further treatment. I’m not sure what will happen with mine. I have finish my injections. PSA was 0.01 over two years. So I await what happens now
