How this treatment impacted my life the most

The combination of adt, tablets,and initially steroids and more recently switch to a different steroid has a big impact on the following. Bowel movements, energy levels, and resistance to infections. This is particularly serious as I have COPD and often get chest infections.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
