How this treatment impacted my life the most
Im not going to lie. It changed things regarding how I viewed my masculinity with orgasms. Now I've got orgasm sensation but no ejaculation. It took a bit of getting used to and its just a way of life now as im still alive and kicking!
Why did I give this answer?
I was given a choice of 3 treatments. Bracatherapy, radiotherapy and prostatectomy. My GP said not everyone is offered yhe prostatectomy and that he'd go for that as when the prostate was gone the cancer is gone. He'd said that radiotherapy may cause me bladder problems further down the line due to radiotherapy. Im glad i had prostatectomy
