Focal Therapy

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I chose Nanoknife after carefully considering my options. I met with a number of PCa specialists and an Oncologist and decided that radical prostatectomy (which was being promoted) was not proportionate to my G3+4 and eventually met (name deleted), who agreed that focal therapy was proportionate and that given location etc that Nanoknife would be the correct choice.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

Because the side effects were minimal and short lived, my post procedure MRI showed that the 3+4 lesion had been destroyed and one year, later my PSA is 1.5, from its pre treatment peak of 4.65.
