My biggest impact is probably the constant ongoing thoughts regards having cancer and my own mortality and worry/thoughts about having caught the disease in time.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

For me having a radical prostectomy was the best and quickest treatment. Having being 59 when diagnosed I felt the other treatments would take longer with a less certain outcome.
