Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

Why did I give this answer?

I underwent a PSMA scan pre op which indicated that the cancer was confined to the prostate. However, post-operativeley it was discovered that the cancer had spread to my pelvis.

Hormone Therapy (injections and relugolix tablets)

Radiotherapy

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I had been completely continent until I had EBRT. About 32 months after treatment my continence worsened.

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

I had a choice, EBRT or dying. I chose to live.
