I was told I would get help to enable me to restore an erection but this hasn’t happened Also I was told about dry orgasms but in actual fact it often comes with a spurt or leakage of urine

The fatigue since the op has significantly impacted on what I’m able to do compared with before the op The lack of an bc erection and any sexual activity is very frustration though my libido has been higher Ed since the op

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
