How this treatment impacted my life the most

It had very little impact on my life. The main one was, that as a keen runner, I had to stop running for 6 weeks after the surgery (HIFU) and so it took me a couple of months after that before I was back up to my pre-surgery running fitness.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes

Why did I give this answer?

I was lucky that high-intensity focused ultrasound surgery (HIFU) was a possible choice for me because my cancer was discovered at an early stage. It seems to have caused very few side-effects and my life was basically back to normal after just a few months.
