Honestly it hardly did - but I'm only 3 weeks post-op Catheter was inconvenient for a week! Currently have twinges in the bowel, but not sure if they are linked to treatment.

Well the treatment was quick, easy, in my case almost painless. Contrary to expectations for HIFU I was treated on the NHS. The only question is - did it fix the problem - but working that out will take months to years. However it looks like I will be kept under scrutiny, so what more can I ask.
