Increase blood flow. Consider a penis pump. Use hot running water to stimulate. Stimulate with your fingers and massage. Buy a vibrator. Spend time keeping the penis/organ alive. Massage, stretch, stimulate and love.
Just see it as temporary. Focus on who you are. What you believe in, your values, what you've achieved..Accept your emotions and see it as a journey. Life can be better than it is now. Now is better than leaving things. Love yourself and love others. Have a focus.
