Radical Prostatectomy (Surgery)

Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

Daily 5mg of Tadafil has gradually returned ED back almost to normal.

Tips and advice for any physical side effects of treatment

Night sweats were unpleasant but only because I had an infection and went away after that. Weakness and fatigue lasted longer than expected but gradually improved and after about 9 months are back to normal.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Tiredness primarily. This was impacted by complications in recovery but thankfully nothing serious

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

Radical prostatectomy has been very successful and positive. New treatments are being developed all the time and perhaps some other treatments would be better in the future. My surgeon was excellent and I would recommend robotic Da Vinci procedure.
