I have no advice I could give as I have had no sex life since.
All I can suggest is try to stay positive.
My sexual relationship with my wife has never returned. My PSA started to rise a year after my prostectomy so I had radiotherapy (32 sessions) and hormone treatment for three years. I have recently developed lymphoma which could, according to MacMillan literature, be as a result of radiotherapy.

Hindsight is self destructive. I did what I felt was the right decision at the time and also it was eventually the only option.
The problems I encountered were as a result of my prostectomy not radiotherapy. I had no side effects from the radiotherapy but I followed the radiographers instructions to the letter.
The treatment was very straight forward and the only significant side effect was I was tired.

It was the solution to my rising PSA level.
