How this treatment impacted my life the most

Radical prostatectomy has left me with Erectile Dysfunction and dry orgasms, which has profoundly affected my sex life as an 'active'/'top' gay man. I can no longer get hard enough for penetration which has affected the way I have sex and my enjoyment of sex. I can now only be the 'passive'/'bottom' partner in sex. I have got used to the dry orgasms which can be very very intense and enjoyable. But ' cumming' is a very important part of gay sex, so that has diminshed my enjoyment of sex.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?
