The biggest impact has been due to the fact that I can no longer get an errection for sex.

Why did I give this answer?

Family history of Prostate Cancer was a major deciding factor in my decision as 3 of my relative went undiagnosed and all died within a few years of each other. Also I felt I needed to be rid of the issue even if I suffered consequences later.
