Before the operation and for months afterwards I did pelvic floor exercises and I am sure this has helped with no leakage from by bladder. I cannot get an erection but since the operation I have used a vacuum pump and had satisfying sex on a regular basis.
How this treatment impacted my life the most
Inability to have an erection but as stated previously the vacuum pump enable me to have a good strong erection that can be maintained long enough to have satisfying sex.
Why did I give this answer?
My wife and I decided that if there was a chance to take the cancer away we would do that first and then deal with any side effect whatever they were.
