Tips and advice for any sexual side effects of treatment

I was proscribed medication to be taken every day and given a pump, this after 14 months is still the only way I can get an erection hard enough for sex. I don't know if it will improve.

Tips and advice for any physical side effects of treatment

I exercise every day and occasionally have a lymphatic massage once a week.

Tips and advice for any mental and emotional side effects of treatment

I exercise every day. I think that it helps.

How this treatment impacted my life the most

Very little sexual activity, discomfort in my lower abdomen and groin, also I need another operation to repair a ruptured stomach muscle above my navel.

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Not sure

Why did I give this answer?

I think that with my Gleason score I had very little choice, but I do wonder if the after effects might have been better had I tried other treatments.
