I was given pelvic floor exercises to do before and after the operation, I believe this helped me get back to near as normal urinary function

How this treatment impacted my life the most

I now have erectile dysfunction as i had a no nerve saving operation, but this is a price I had to pay

If I had to do it all over again, would I choose the same treatment?

Yes
