Why did I give this answer?

Gave up on the questionnaire when answering treatment questions. I've had Radical Prostatectomy; then Radiotherapy + Hormone Injections for two years; then permanent Hormone Injections + Abiraterone. Unfortunately, for reasons which I can't understand, there was no option for multiple treatments, so the answers re treatment became irrelevant. So I stopped providing answers. This seems like a pretty large oversight to me.
